At Stanley 1913, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange and refund process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unused gear in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and ensure all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
